Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship exclusively within Italy, ensuring a fast, safe, and reliable service.

1. SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost is €5.90 for orders under €34.90.
For orders over €34.90, shipping is free.

2. COURIERS AND DELIVERY METHODS

We work with trusted couriers, including Amazon Shipping, BRT, and GLS, to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

We offer different delivery options, including:

  • Home delivery

  • Pickup at locker points (automatic pickup stations)

During checkout, you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery times are 2–5 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.
Deliveries to locker points may require slightly longer processing times, depending on the availability of the selected pickup location.

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment in real time.

5. LIMITATIONS

We do not ship outside the Italian territory.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please:

  1. Report the issue to the courier at the time of delivery.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours by emailing servizioclienti@mar-farma.it, providing a detailed description and photos of the damaged package.

We will handle the claim and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

RETURNS INFORMATION

1. RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are:

  • Unused

  • Kept in their original packaging and in perfect condition

Sealed products (such as cosmetics, supplements, medical devices) must remain unopened to comply with hygiene and safety regulations.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return request, contact our customer service at servizioclienti@mar-farma.it or call (+39) 02 3191061, providing:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos, if necessary (e.g., for defective or damaged products)

Once the return is approved, we will provide further instructions.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Errors in shipping on our part

In these situations, return shipping costs will be fully reimbursed.

4. REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
